Made to Order Large Portrait Embroidery

Six inch by eight inch portrait of one to five people hand embroidered with a detailed background onto linen in a color complementary to your subjects. Images pictured are examples of my work. I can work with multiple images to create the composition you prefer, like the American Gothic-style portrait, use an existing image, or if you're local to the OKC metro area, I can help take some images for you. 
I love adding in special details to make the portrait fit the subject. In my self-portrait, some things included are my cats and plants, my favorite lamp and shelves, my childhood teddy bear, and some of my art. The client of the American Gothic-style portrait wanted things that were meaningful to the subjects, like their clothing, the woman's dog, the chickens on the roof, and the shovel, to name a few. I don't need to know the meaning of these things to add them to your portrait. What would be meaningful to you? 
The portrait comes mounted in a standard frame unless you prefer to frame it yourself. If you choose to frame it yourself, it will come on a mounting board for you to pop in a standard sized frame.
